Waivers
How to waiver Requests tab
Waiver Requests is the operational list. Search by name, email, or booking ID. Filter by status (All, Completed, Not Completed), last X days, or a custom date range. Each row is a participant on a booking: signed or pending. Open a signed row with View. Reset clears a signature so the guest can sign again. Staff can generate or open the booking’s signing link when a guest needs the URL at the desk.

- Completed means the participant has signed. Not Completed means the request is still pending.
- View is available only for signed waivers and opens the stored signed copy.
- Reset is for a bad signature, the wrong participant, or a guest who needs to sign again after a policy change.
- Export the filtered list when you need an offline record of who has signed.
Tips
- Assign each high-risk item its own template so the legal text matches the activity.
- Use automatic reminders 24 hours before the booking so unsigned guests finish before they arrive.
- Preview the signing page on a phone before you go live — most guests sign on mobile.
