Roles and Permissions tab

  • Use Create Role for a new custom role such as Front desk or Game master.
  • Click an existing role row to change its name, permissions, or notification defaults.
  • Admin is kept at the top of the list when it exists.

Tips

  • Create roles before inviting staff so each new person starts with the right access instead of inheriting Admin.
  • Link staff to the items they actually run, then choose an assignment rule — auto-assign only considers people checked on Assign Items.
  • Prefer Set Inactive over Delete User if someone might return, so history and assignment links stay intact.
