Schedule

How to what the Schedule page controls

The Schedule page is more than a calendar. It acts as the planning layer for active bookings, recurring availability, item-based sellable slots, asset-based availability, and staff-aware day-of operations. Depending on the selected view, teams can inspect existing bookings, compare inventory across items, or see how assets and time slots are filling.

What the Schedule page controls

The Schedule page is more than a calendar. It acts as the planning layer for active bookings, recurring availability, item-based sellable slots, asset-based availability, and staff-aware day-of operations. Depending on the selected view, teams can inspect existing bookings, compare inventory across items, or see how assets and time slots are filling.

  • Use it to review what is already booked.
  • Use it to inspect open sellable time slots before creating or moving bookings.
  • Use it to block availability at the slot level or through closures.
  • Use it to understand how item duration affects the end time of a session.

Tips

  • Use Slot view for hands-on operational changes and broader views like Item or Asset when you need planning context.
  • Choose closures for recurring or date-range shutdowns and slot blocks for one-off operational holds.
  • Keep item durations accurate, because schedule overlap logic and open time options depend on them.
  • Review schedule filters before concluding a slot is missing; the booking may simply be filtered out.
