Schedule
How to editing, check-in, cancel, and reschedule workflows
Schedule is not read-only. Operators can use it to manage active bookings once they are on the calendar. The schedule supports updates such as customer or staff adjustments, check-in handling, cancellations, and rescheduling into valid open times that fit duration, operating hours, and closure rules.

- Use the booking detail or panel view to update booking information.
- Check-in actions are handled from the schedule so the team can move guests through day-of operations quickly.
- Cancellation removes the booking from active schedule flow.
- Rescheduling only offers slots that fit the item's duration and do not overlap conflicting bookings or closures.
Tips
- Use Slot view for hands-on operational changes and broader views like Item or Asset when you need planning context.
- Choose closures for recurring or date-range shutdowns and slot blocks for one-off operational holds.
- Keep item durations accurate, because schedule overlap logic and open time options depend on them.
- Review schedule filters before concluding a slot is missing; the booking may simply be filtered out.
