Promotions report
Promotions measures discount codes and gift vouchers. Use it to see which offers actually convert and how much value they discounted.
- Type filter: All, Gift Vouchers, or Discount codes.
- Date ranges include Today, last seven days, last 30 days, Last three months, and custom.
- Rows show usage counts and amount saved so marketing can retire codes that cost more than they return.
- Pair this report with Marketing → Discount Codes when you need to change a code after seeing the numbers.
Tips
- Match the date basis on the Bookings report (purchased vs booking date vs item date) to the question you are answering.
- Export after filters are set so the spreadsheet matches the on-screen story.
- If a report looks empty, confirm the top-bar location and that your role has view:reports.
- Memberships will not appear on the hub until the memberships program is active.
