Memberships report

- Columns include Membership, Bookings, Members, Gross Revenue, Discounts, Net Revenue, Taxes, Average Booking Value, plus optional Active rate and Avg members/booking.
- Use it to compare plans, not individual enrollments. Open Customers or Memberships settings when you need a specific member.
- Active rate helps you see which plans are retained versus which are sold once and unused.
Tips
- Match the date basis on the Bookings report (purchased vs booking date vs item date) to the question you are answering.
- Export after filters are set so the spreadsheet matches the on-screen story.
- If a report looks empty, confirm the top-bar location and that your role has view:reports.
- Memberships will not appear on the hub until the memberships program is active.
