How to filter and export reports
Every report uses the same operating pattern. Set a range that matches how you review the business, then narrow the table before you export.

Date ranges, filters, columns, and export
Every report uses the same operating pattern. Set a range that matches how you review the business, then narrow the table before you export.
- Preset ranges typically include Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, and Custom. Sales and Payments also include Yesterday and Last month. Items, Products, and Memberships add longer lookbacks such as Last 3, 6, or 12 months.
- Filters can include status, payment status, item, staff, category, source/channel, and search.
- Columns lets each team show only the fields they use in the meeting or at close.
- Export As supports CSV, Excel, XML, and PDF on most reports so finance and owners can work outside the app.
- Review the same range every week so occupancy, revenue, and refund rates stay comparable.
Tips
- Match the date basis on the Bookings report (purchased vs booking date vs item date) to the question you are answering.
- Export after filters are set so the spreadsheet matches the on-screen story.
- If a report looks empty, confirm the top-bar location and that your role has view:reports.
- Memberships will not appear on the hub until the memberships program is active.
