How to set up pay on arrival

When pay on arrival is enabled, expand Pay on arrival settings to control what guests read at checkout and after they book. You can also collect card details even when the balance is due in person.
- Checkout title and description appear when the guest chooses pay on arrival during checkout.
- Confirmation title and description appear on the confirmation page and in confirmation emails when payment is due on arrival.
- Capture and authorize card details at booking collects card details during checkout so the card can be authorized even though the guest is paying on arrival.
- Leave authorize card off if you only want a reservation with no card on file.
Tips
- Save Payment Methods after every change; leaving the tab without saving discards unsaved checkout, credit toggles.
