How to create or edit a membership plan
Create Membership (or click a plan) opens a side panel. Name is required. Set description, price, discount type and value for selected catalog items, charge frequency, and optional visit limits. Toggles control auto-renew, whether the plan appears on the booking site, and whether the member discount can stack with other discounts. Then select the items, products, and gift voucher types the discount or access applies to.

- Discount type is Percent or Fixed amount, applied to the selected items, products, and gift vouchers.
- Number of visits per week / month / year limits included visits for that billing period. Leave blank for unlimited visits.
- Auto renew charges the member automatically on the charge frequency. Auto renewal limit caps how many times it renews; leave blank for unlimited renewals.
- Show membership on booking site lists the plan on the public memberships page when the program is Active.
- Allow membership discount on top of other discounts lets the member price stack with promo codes; leave it off if the membership discount should be exclusive.
- Select items, products, and gift vouchers to scope where the member benefit applies. Create those catalog entries first if the lists are empty.
Tips
- Turn the program Active only after at least one plan has a clear price, interval, and catalog assignment.
- Keep booking-site plan descriptions short; staff and guests should be able to explain the perk in one sentence.
- Review past-due enrollments with Payments so a failed renewal is fixed or cancelled instead of leaving access unclear.
