- Item information holds Title, SKU, and Item Category.
- Assign Assets links this item to rooms, vehicles, or other resources from Assets so availability cannot oversell the pool.
- Media & Content holds photos. Guests see these on the booking site — keep files under the size limit and add clear images.
- Locations chooses which venues sell this item when you operate more than one site.
- Organization holds internal tags and grouping that help staff find the item in the catalog.
Tips
- Create the schedule and pricing before you turn on Visible on booking site, or guests will see an item they cannot actually book.
- Use categories that match how you want the booking site to filter (tours vs classes vs rentals).
- Override deposit only on items that need it; organization-wide deposit lives in Payment Settings → Payment Methods.
- Keep public titles and photos guest-facing. Internal tags belong in Organization, not in the title.
