- Title is required and is what guests see on the booking site.
- Item Category groups offerings on the public site (tours, rentals, classes, appointments). You can pick an existing category or create a new one.
- Save as you go. The catalog and the public booking site stay in sync for the active location.
Tips
- Create the schedule and pricing before you turn on Visible on booking site, or guests will see an item they cannot actually book.
- Use categories that match how you want the booking site to filter (tours vs classes vs rentals).
- Override deposit only on items that need it; organization-wide deposit lives in Payment Settings → Payment Methods.
- Keep public titles and photos guest-facing. Internal tags belong in Organization, not in the title.
