The Items catalog keeps search, filters, columns, and export next to name, status, category, pricing model, and duration.
  • Create item adds a new catalog row and opens the editor.
  • Search, Filters, Columns, and Export As work like other operator tables. Export supports CSV, Excel, PDF, and XML.
  • Default columns include Name, Status, Category, Pricing model, Duration, SKU, and Actions. Optional columns include Tags, Availability range, Capacity, Inventory type, and Location.
  • Click a row to edit. Status shows whether the item is ready to sell or still a draft.

Tips

  • Create the schedule and pricing before you turn on Visible on booking site, or guests will see an item they cannot actually book.
  • Use categories that match how you want the booking site to filter (tours vs classes vs rentals).
  • Override deposit only on items that need it; organization-wide deposit lives in Payment Settings → Payment Methods.
  • Keep public titles and photos guest-facing. Internal tags belong in Organization, not in the title.
