- Business Name is the brand guests see. It is also used as the booking-site header brand.
- Organization Slug is shared across all locations. Your public site is slug.root-domain, and multi-location businesses add /location-slug for each venue. You can change the slug later if the name you want becomes available.
- Business Phone, Website, and Email are the contact details guests and staff should trust.
- Default Currency and Country control how money and locale defaults are stored for the organization.
- Primary Timezone is the organization default. Wrong timezone is the most common cause of bookings appearing an hour off.
Tips
- Save the tab you are on before switching tabs so formatting or identity edits are not left unsaved.
- Set Primary Timezone and each location timezone before you publish availability.
- Write reschedule and cancel policies in plain language, then enable the confirmation-page and email displays so guests see them before they book.
- Generate a new calendar feed URL if an old link was shared too widely.
