Bookings
How to understand where the booking form fields come from
The fields in the modal are generated from Marketing > Booking Site settings > Booking Form. That settings panel defines the field type, label, helper text, required state, options, and whether a field applies to all items or specific items only. Built-in contact fields like customer name and email are always included, while custom fields appear when they are configured for the selected item.

- Add a field in Booking Site settings to make it show in the modal and on the public booking form.
- Use item-specific assignment when a question only applies to one experience.
- When you change the settings, the modal updates from the same field definition.
Tips
- Use the location switcher in the top bar so the bookings list matches the venue you are operating.
- Save common filters when you repeatedly run the same morning checklist.
