Assets

How to what the Assets page shows

The main Assets table is your live availability view. Each row represents one asset record and shows its title, quantity available, capacity available, and actions like Edit, Reset, Sync, and Delete. Clicking a row opens the individual unit tracking panel, which is where teams can see each physical unit, whether it is active or inactive, and whether it is currently occupied by a booking.

  • Quantity available tells you how many assets are still free right now.
  • Capacity available is used when the asset is managed by capacity instead of simple unit count.
  • Reset restores manual availability overrides back to the full configured amount.
  • Sync removes manual overrides so the system goes back to calculating availability from live bookings.

Tips

  • Use quantity-based allocation for whole-resource usage and capacity-based allocation for seat or spot usage.
  • Turn on individual unit tracking only when the team truly needs unit-level operational visibility.
  • Use clear unit names that match your real-world labels so handoff at the venue is immediate.
