  • Turn recovery Active before expecting carts or emails to appear.
  • Save Changes on Recovery Settings is required; toggling fields alone does not persist until you save.
  • The Abandoned Bookings tab loads carts when you open it.

Tips

  • Start with a short abandonment delay and a recovery email within an hour while intent is still high.
  • Require opt-in if you serve EU customers, and leave Keep checkbox automatically selected off.
  • Use Send Reminder for large carts, and check Recovery History so you do not email the same guest repeatedly.
